Daniba Dan-Princewill

Co-Founder, Princewill PR

What became Sip and Paint .NG started as a four to six person side-session during the COVID-19 pandemic. Today it operates across 30+ locations in Lagos and Abuja, 365 days a year, working with corporate clients on team building and brand activations. Daniba Dan-Princewill built it from that beginning, the same way she has built everything since: Alali Creatives Ltd, KidzPaint, and her role as Managing Partner of The Metaphor.

Her operational instincts were shaped earlier, managing teams of over 80 at Abercrombie & Fitch and working within FEMA's emergency response infrastructure, before she returned to Lagos to build on her own terms.

Alali Studio and Alali Gallery have become a home for contemporary African art under her direction, with exhibitions including 'Beyond Our Stories' and 'The Light We Carry.' The Metaphor hosted the official launch of 'The Beauty of Lagos,' a photography book by her sister Deinte Dan-Princewill, attended by high-profile state officials, with Sip and Paint .NG featured inside its pages and Alali Studio as an official retail stockist.

Beyond her own brands, Daniba founded and curates the Silent Book Club network across Victoria Island, Lekki, and the Mainland, and runs the Transforming Ajegunle Project, bringing creative arts and lifestyle skills training to underserved youth in Lagos.

Sip and Paint .NG has grown to over 28,000 followers across Lagos and Abuja. She splits her time between Cypress, Texas and Lagos, Nigeria.
